How do I cancel an order?

If you placed an order on mymanual6.com and no longer want it, send us a cancel order request and our support team will review it and reply to the email address you provide.

Before you send the request

• Download any manual you have already accessed and want to keep.
• Check the date and amount of the charge on your card statement.
• Confirm which option you took: $1.99 for a manual download with 3 days of access, or the $39.99 per month membership with unlimited downloads.

How to request a cancellation

1. Open the Submit a Request form and choose “Cancel Order”.
2. Enter the email address used for the order.
3. Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card that was charged — both are required.
4. Describe the order you want cancelled and submit the form.

You will see a request number on screen once your request reaches our support team. Keep it and watch your inbox, including the spam or junk folder, for our reply. Never send your full card number, expiry date, or security code.
